I currently have a 2015 F-150 (eco boost) and am considering trading in on a 2020 Raptor. The local stealership has a dozen 2020’s on the lot. I’ll be doing occasional towing with it (7800# ‘ultralight’ TT), but the primary mission will be exploring southern Utah and northern Arizona. I consider feedback and advice to be gifts. I’ll be perusing the threads to learn some before I request an internet price.

if the 2021 is going to have a diesel it would be a game changer....

Welcome to FRF!

If true, then it is almost certain they are asking and either not negotiating from or only to over MSRP. Do NOT pay over MSRP.

Welcome!
If you're ditching your F150 to have more power, amazing handling on or off road, huge cab with comfy seats (maybe you already have the KR super cab) high cool factor and fun, good call. Buy a good WD hitch (max 8000# with, 5K w/o) and Bob's your uncle.

If towing or diesel burning is the mission, buy an F250, preferably a Tremor as they're freaking cool too. Raptors will be burning gasoline for the foreseeable future IMHO.

Or keep whatcha got...:)
