I have probably ~800 lbs. in my bed right now. When I had ~550 I went to Deaver because my stock leaf springs were inverted from the weight.
Their +4 HD is good until ~450-500 maximum and so they added two more springs to my stock pack. With this extra weight, I’ll be doing more springs when I upgrade the shocks due to continued sag.
If you go with Deaver, you’ll need a custom pack for that weight. It was also half the price including their install.

Absolutely upgrade the leaf springs. Not only will aftermarket leaf springs improve load carrying capability, but will greatly improve the ride as well. When I did my leaf springs it was a massive difference. I can’t speak to the deavers, but I have the icon springs and like them
