There was an option to bring someone. They would only be able to participate if you sign up for the second day of on track instruction in the GT350s. But not Raptors. They were welcome to the dinner too I think.

Do the trucks run different skidplates? I thought I saw a photo of a Raptor Assault truck that had the Foutz Motorsports style skidplate. The front skid on these trucks is pretty stout. The stock transmission/tcase skidplate won't hold up to much from my experience though.

the instructor told me the ONLY mod ( other than the obvious light bars and lights) is the rear diff cover is larger to hold more fluid.

The instructors at RA brought up +1's without even being asked when I went. They also mentioned that if we wanted them to start doing a 2 day class or an advanced class that we should mention these things in the survey they send you after completion of the class. It sounded to me like the instructors would like to see it expanded. @OffRoadingBeast do you remember them saying that when we were there?

I wish they would. I’d love to take a +1 and make 3-4 day event of it.

My wife had planned to go with me even though she couldn't drive. Once they cancelled the reception dinner there was no reason for her to go and not much for her to do around Tooele anyway. I would've gladly paid $1000-1500 for a +1 if that were an option.
It really sounded like the instructors wanted the program expanded and I'm sure it would be marketable. Fingers crossed!

I think we should get some contact info and e-mail Ford expressing our desire, as actual Raptor owners, to get the program expanded into an actual course.

It is an actual course… You mean a course that anybody can pay for and attend? Or pay to have a guest attend? BMW does this a lot they use it for a marketing tool to come and drive their cars you may be likely to buy one. You can pay for a half-day, whole day, or two day, they even have some short auto cross sections that are about an hour and are free

Whole day to 2-3 day courses that you can pay for that involve a +1.

The salesman I worked with when I ordered my Raptor works the Nissan lot mostly but does work the Ford side of the dealership too. He said that in 2019 they had a competition at the dealership - whoever sold the most Raptors got to go to RA. Apparently its not JUST owners that get to go. I'd be curious how many other Ford dealerships are doing the same thing.
