the funny thing bout that is I don’t think the OP was getting the fact that I gave zero F’s how tall the truck looked I cared bout how well it rode/handled/performed if I wanted a big tall truck I’d be in an F250 Tremor diesel- is a rocky ridge taller than that? Not after you throw straps around the pumpkin & yank it clean off w/ the diesel hahahahaha

you would be surprised how nice the raptor 4 inch lift ride at highway speeds it has it pros and cons for off roading compared to a stock raptor

the hate for lifted raptors here is entertainment

May have better clearance in some situations, that’s bout it.

accelerate slower
Brake further distance
Handle worse
Get worse mpg


Everything is “to each his own” IMO spending bunch of $$$ on a truck if that’s what you want go for it, personally if I was going to buy a modified raptor from the factory I’d prefer it to have Fox 3.0 adjustable all around or Kings maybe have a leaf or 3 added in rear & hydraulic bump stops w/ a legit tune & 37”s

Otherwise if I wanted a truck sitting 4-6” over normal I’d get a heavy/super duty & lift that

just doesn’t seem to add any value & only hurt performance on a raptor- for my $$$ would rather have it go someplace else if I had a choice that’s all.

aesthetically speaking I can see how some people may prefer the look

some people like 24” wheels on trucks too

for me just always been more function over form x1000% & prefer understated look
