I was checking out some of the options that are supposed to be available on a standard F150, the Raptor was listed as of yet so I checked out the standard F150 . Which should not an issue to get one and mound it up.
That would save you from having to carry a large generator around and use something like a
Honda EU1000i or a EU2200 CAMO, it’s cami! If they can’t see it they can’t steal it lol

The PowerBoost model comes standard with Ford's new 2.4-kW Pro Power Onboard generator; a 7.2-kW generator is available as an option. On trucks equipped with the 2.7-liter EcoBoost, 3.5-liter EcoBoost V-6, and 5.0-liter V-8 engines, a 2.0-kW generator is available. All of the onboard generators are fitted with dual 120V 20A outlets in the bed, and the 7.2-kW generator has two additional 120V 20A plugs and a 240V 30A outlet.

I did not know this....

Everybody is praying that Ford puts the GT500 engine in the Raptor, except me. I want a high output version of the powerboost Hybrid like 600-750HP With 7.2 Kw generator. That would change camping and outdoor activities drastically.

I am with you on this. I personally don't care about a V8 if a V6 hybrid can make just as much or more power and also get better MPG. Sure, V8 sounds cool, but it's not a big deal or factor to me these days.

The generators are built into the bed side of the truck and run off of the hybrid engine/batteries when needed...totally different electrical system...not sure what you were referencing with regards to "getting one and mounting it up." Completely incompatible with current gen F150s of all flavors.

Given the spy shots it's very likely the gen3 has the powerboost. The 7.2kw will run stuff like a full size home dryer all day long so will be interesting to see the sort of trail rigs people build off of it. Could see a lot of yetis and similar products on the second hand market if the truck can run it all itself.

Is that really the HP range we think a powerboost Raptor is going to be in? My understanding was that 600 would be the high end of possibility, not the low end.

SO, what are you saying? You want to mount one on your gen 2 or are hoping for a gen 3 and mount one on there if it doesn't come with 1000 lbs of batteries? Trying to decipher where this is going.
