I brough my 19 Raptor endo of 2019 brand new. The rear seat heater never worked. I was asking some help here but .... and then i forget during the summer. The winter is back and i wish the rear seats heater to work for my family. I have no chance to get help from Ford, i am in Romania. I checked with forscan but no error code was on. The buttons are there, wires on rear seat are there but if i press the button nothing is happening. I suspect is disabled in forscan but i don't know the module and the numbers. I checked the list i find in forscan forum but no result for me.
What should i check or what should i do?

Did you check that the heater is actually plugged in? I don't know much about forscan but can't image it would be intentionally forced off. Hopefully somebody can help you out.

Could be a faulty switch. It is usually something simple.
Not always. But more than half the time.

Remove the back panel of the center console and make sure the switch is plugged in. Mine didn't work and the problem was that it was not plugged in.

I just checked everything visually possible. Connector are ok, fuses also ok. The ambient light on the rear heater switch are on, but the small led are not coming on if i press.
It is not possible in forscan to be a problem?
How i find out what is the correct cod and what module i should check.
On the forscan table in the forum. I cant find the rear seat comand. Can you help me what to check?
