Trakk tape for off-roading - pinstripe protection question

do you guys that use this put it on the wheel arches ? do they scratch too ?

I don't use it. The fender flares scratch really easily. Much easier than paint.

I used it recently on my rear fender flares and all of that area. I also taped underneath both doors and all along the lower rocker panel. I also ran mud flaps. When I removed the track tape I was able to see the damage it prevented. I personally would use it again. When I first took my truck on a "run" I got some nasty road rash from all the rocks. I was able to polish a lot of it off but not completely gone. Those areas are underneath the doors. Wish I knew about this stuff before my first run since my truck was still basically new. I did ceramic coat it prior to any of my runs and that seemed to help. I need to save for some PPF, but in the meantime the trak tape did the trick.
