Why not just go to the dealer or an auto body shop and have them add it?

Seems like a lot of trouble swapping gates with shipping, installing etc.

I just looked on Kijiji and there are lots of tailgate take offs up here. They require a repaint and hardware swap but i might go that route.

They are different tailgates. The applique tailgate has a cut out in the tailgate for the panel

Looking to swap my 2020 leadfoot non-applique tailgate with an applique tailgate. Would want yours to be in great shape. Message me and we can work something out. Thanks!
Check out ebay, there are a ton of tailgates on there in just about every color and with/without cameras and applique and non-applique. There are also Genuine Ford Applique`s for sale that you can install or have a body shop do. Check them out on Tasca Ford

I wanted to go from a 18 Lightning Blue non step tailgate to a step tailgate and the price was just under $2000 to do the swap, $900 for the step alone!!

Another option although not a Raptor, but Rappy Graphics can help you with dressing it up a little! do up the F150 in color and add the Raptor and other graphics of your choice

With 3M tape it is not going anywhere anytime if prepped correctly. People don't realize that 75% of car parts are held on with 3M tape
