Percentage of raptor owners that actually really use their trucks

There are about a half dozen gen 2 raptors in our area that I see frequently. I have never seen any of them when they weren't totally detailed. I told the dealer when I ordered the truck I was going to beat the hell out of it. Who else really uses this truck?

I put over 100 OR miles on mine last week. If you put less on yours last week, you should just get it detailed and sell it so no one thinks you’re a poser.

My truck is well taken care of and looks nearly as good as the day I bought it. I keep the paint looking pristine with a ceramic coat on it. I also drive it hard off-road. Don’t judge a book by it’s cover......

Daily Driver? Yup
Go to woods truck? Yup
Towing the family boat? Yup

Pretty much what these guys said. Who made the OP the "Raptor Police"? If you can find a way to buy a $60-80k truck. Do with it what you want.

I drive mine as a daily. I have gone "off road" several times. I camp, I go to the beach, I load furniture, I make grocery runs.

I have taken two 2,500 mile round trip road trips, and 10 other 700 mile road trips.

Saying all of that. It is very rare you will ever see my truck dirty. I prefer to drive a spotless vehicle. PERIOD.

So, in closing.....mind ya business. Stop caring about other people shit, and worry about your own.

The ironic thing is that the OP’s truck looks “detailed” other than the mud on the tires, and the splash on the side.

Mine has gotten worse just driving targets to the berm in my back yard. I wouldn’t necessarily call that off-roading.

Here’s mine, last week, 12 miles from the nearest pavement. I had to goose a steer to get him off the trail on the way out there. It doesn’t look that dirty because I’d just washed and waxed it a couple days before.

it’s like the porsche buyer who doesn’t drive hard or go to the track, not everyone wants to off road their raptor for many reasons, and those reasons are not my concern

I visit the rough terrain of Starbucks once in a while .. in Baja mode

Mine is just going to be on parade across the country. Don't think I'll ever drive it.
