That's ridiculous, the dealer absolutely knows with certainty WHERE the truck is they are choosing not to tell you and instead give you the run around. $300 is insultingly low considering how much you're paying for shipping PLUS the cost of the truck. Good riddance. I would tell them they need to give you your old truck back until the Raptor arrives OR they can give you another Raptor or comparable new vehicle (luxury truck) of your choice that they have on the lot for you to use as a loaner until your truck arrives. Here in the good ole' USA the GM's use new vehicles as their own personal 'loaners' for months on end so there's no reason they can't offer you the same. I would suggest contacting Ford Customer Care and let them know how dissatisfied your are.

unfortunately I bought it from a Land Rover dealership, it’s a 2019 802A with 13000 miles ish.

With profound apologies... stealership inventory pictures don’t count. With this post count, and no proof of a Rap, I’m afraid we have to assign you a provisional picture.

Yup, you knew it was coming...

Tell the dealer since he could not deliver you have decided to undo the deal. You want your truck back and all your money back. Of course, to do that will cause them all sorts of grief and expense, but hold firm on that. Then when they tell you they sold your trade-in or they say they can't do that, tell them that isn't your problem. They must do it. If they have sold your trade, they need to go buy it back, etc. Make it a very firm but polite and resolute statement. They may just blow you off, but it might get their attention. Finally, tell them if they deliver your Raptor within 48 hours and give you 100% credit for all shipping cost that you will stay in the deal. Then negotiate from that point. Let's make some lemonade out of these lemons.
