For those of you who have Deaver's I'm curious about your install. I read the back and forth on the forum about Deavers vs. Icons. I decided to go with Deavers to eliminate the hop, provide better off-road and to assist with reducing sag when towing on my 2020 SCREW. The shop I called, listed as a Deaver Springs authorized install site, asked that I order them and have them shipped to me directly. This was due to their limited COVID hours for receiving parts. I reached out to Deaver Springs and the contact was very helpful. He clarified that the Raptor forums began talking about the 1-inch lift units as +3 many years ago and that stuck. But to Deaver Springs, it's simply a "+1". On the invoice, it states "2017-2018 Ford Raptor +3 eliminates factory block one inch lift HD". The sticker on the spring itself states "Raptor +3" ". That would suggest to me it's a 3-inch lift. Also, the model number on the sticker suggests that L84 is the right model.

I measured the ground to wheel well height just before the install at 39 inches. The post install height is 43 inches. I have read it will settle down but I'm not expecting it to settle 3 inches. Deaver Springs stated the shackle bolts should only be torqued down 50-60 lbs and that may cause an issue if they're tighter than that. They also stated that the factory blocks must be removed, which they are. If you went with a 1-inch lift, what does the Deaver Springs sticker say on your set?

Out of curiosity, stock bumps? Strike plate? Shackle correct? I didn't measure but unloaded mine sat higher than the front with mid perch right after installation:

Doesn't look much different a year and a half later...

Are you sure that's installed correctly, it definitely looks jacked up, never seen one that high, I have the same springs on my gen1 and they don't settle that much, had mine on for 5 years now at least.

I have a stock 2020 SCREW and the top of the rear fenderwells is 41.5", so it sounds like you were sitting low for some reason. That would put the lift at 1.5". Are they HD? That could account for the extra half inch. Keep us posted.

The stock truck has 2" blocks. Deavers get rid of the blocks, you need to add hydraulic bumps, or bump pads to use stock bumps. Deavers add +3", but - the 2" blocks gives you a total lift of 1".

2.25" collars in the front will have you riding level.

Deaver +2s will keep you at stock rear height, -2" blocks +2" leaf =0" lift.

The truck has a rake stock, so you need 1.5" collars in the front to level you out.

I hope this helps, it can be confusing. Just remember the stock truck has 2" blocks, and you remove those with deavers.

Just say no to blocks.

Also, never run deavers without bumps pads or hydraulic bumps, smacking the bump stops into your axle tubes is a bad idea.

I'm running 305s on 20's pulled from my previous F-150, hence the reason stock is lower than the OEM 315 KO2s. I swap 'em out with OEM when I'm pushing it off-road. The stock blocks were removed. I'm ok with it not being level now. Perhaps Eibachs or Geysers in the front later. I'll try to jack it up this weekend and check the torque on the shackle bolts.

My Deavers were HD +3. My sticker looks like yours. Installed them this past Saturday. Here are the before and after measurements.

For reference, stock was:
Driver Front - 40.5 in
Passenger Front - 40.5 in
Driver rear - 41.75 in
Passenger Rear - 41.5 in

With Deaver +3 and Eibach Springs:
Driver Front - 42.06 in
Passenger Front - 41.88 in
Driver rear - 42.88 in
Passenger Rear - 43 in

For what it's worth ('17 Gen 2) I ordered +3 and RPG 1.25 from day 1. I never regained the true factory rake I was looking for, just slightly higher, from the beginning; but they did settle even more over time. I ultimately had to remove my spare to avoid level, borderline ass sagging.

I will add I love my Deavers and was money well spent. I'd simply order +4 if I did it over.
