Hey guys,
I searched and couldn't find a whole lot of info on brake pads.

Lately I've been getting some squeaking from the brakes and want to swap out the pads.
I'd prefer a low dust or dustless pad and was curious what others have found to work.

So...what are you guys using for brake pads?

No such thing as dustless pads; all brake pads generate dust as a function of their operation.

The lowest dust brake pad are ceramic, semi-metallic pads generate more brake dust.

I always recommend Motorcraft, which is the OE equivalent.

I've been running the PowerStop Brakes and Rotors for a while now. Not a ground breaking difference from stock, but they are decent and have held up to abuse. I'll keep using them.

Can confirm. Had the Powerstops slotted/drilled for 5k miles now.

Nothing groundbreaking but they work well, and haven’t started to rust yet. I tow nothing FYI, just a daily driver. Actually got a comment on them the other day.

Should have bought the calipers with the kit. I’d go that route if I had it to do over. Got a great deal at AutoAnything on Black Friday last year. ≈400 for rotors and pads all around.

Any name brand top of the line pad will be good. They are all ceramic pads in that range.

Raybestos (Element 3 HT line), Wagner (ThermoQuiet), or Centric (PosiQuiets or PQ Pros) are who I stick with typically.

I'd replace the rotors as well. Any of those same brands- coated rotor, no grooves, no slots.

Clean the hub face like you plan to eat off of it prior to putting the new rotors on.
This: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004FZ7L5I/?tag=fordraptorforum-20 works wonders. A regular scotchbrite can get the rest. A flat, clean hub face is key to smooth brakes.

Ford sells a super duty pad for the Raptor. I’m running them on my gen1 and am happy with them. Low dust good stopping. Acceptable noise and they are coated Ford blue with all around good quality.
