My advice....

get the XR with the slotted rails. It really doesn’t look any less clean and it will add a lot of future function.

I regret not getting the XR rails. Now to swap them out is like 700 bucks.

the control buttons from inside the truck is epic. I don’t use that cheap, shoddy remote... EVER.

This may have pushed me over the edge for the powertraxpro! Now to decide if I want the XR or MX staked....

I got the Powertrax installed and running last weekend. Using the Remote open/close works well. Using the homelink buttons tends to be jerky, like the signal is pulsing to slow. Anyone else have the same issue?

I find I have to press and hold the button just a little bit firmly. It’s a little slower than the original remotes because the signal probably doesn’t pulse as fast....

But... it’s a garage door opener... and it works beautifully and I’ve been using it since I had the cover new! Beggars can’t be choosers!

your driver side visor.

3 buttons that you can program to open and closer your garage doors. Home link it’s called.

If they are already programmed, clear it by pressing and holding the two outside buttons for 10 seconds until the light goes on and off.

To program. Press the desired button, it’ll blink... press and hold the button on the powertrax key fob until the blinking on the home link stops. Press button one more time to save.

I programmed left button to open. Right button to close and middle button to control the light.

works great
Dude, whatya do for the garage door??
