What did u do to your raptor today?

Was doing some post trip inspections and found some water in the door sill. Did some testing with the water hose and it looks like it is coming in my middle back glass. Here’s some pictures, any thoughts on if something looks out of place?

There looks to be a small seal that might have pulled loose on the outside of the back glass in the corner and perhaps the window stop has pulled loose on the inside.

Put some rust protection on the ol’ girl before winters come

Ok, couldn’t leave it as is. Went back out and looked.

Is the bottom seal supposed to be about 1/4” to 3/8” shorter than the opening?

Also found that about 1/2 of all of my bolts on the ford performance diff cover we so loose that I could finger tighten them.

Might have sent it a little hard this weekend...........

Friggan couped up at my house waiting for covid test results to come in, so no work till then. so naturally I Detailed the crappola out of the interior and conditioned all of the leather... was much needed and she is looking brand new again.

Tomorrow im going to hit the exterior with a sexy wax job so I can sit in my drive way and stare at it for awhile till decide to go get it dirty again.

Not what I did to my Jenny Big Hipped Bitch today, but rather what they did to me and her yesterday...Firstly, I will note that since the day I picked her up the first time and drove off the lot to get her first gas fill up, I have had admirers, curious abservers, and even got more attention than I really want in parking lots, driving on the highways, etc. But the other day as I was leaving the USPS office I got a sneering snakes look over and at my Bitch also. I was a little confused about the look over and ignored the Karen looking woman. However, as I circled around the Beast's big and wide rear, from the right corner of my eye as I opened the door....wait for it, the snob which was parked right behind, was about to enter the passenger side of her Prius! So as I always do, began the launch sequence, start her up, take off off-road mode, power up the comms and radio, check on the tuner vitals, etc... Anyway, as the Prius pulled out and went just past me, she had a Harris/Biden bumper sticker!!! Nuff Said...

Just installed a bed extender. I bought it used, but it was missing the bolts and bushings. 2 bolts and 4 small plastic bushings were $44 . Anyways they come in handy.

Pretty sure mine blew up today...pretty bad knocking sound started on the way to work, pulled over and towed it home. About to pull the valve cover right now

valve cover pulled, found a broken valve spring and dropped valve =(

Edit:

Turned the motor over by hand and the valve raised up. how lucky could i be to just replace that one spring?

welp luck ran out and have to pull the head looking for a write up now but looks straight forward, on a plus side its time for spark plugs any ways
