I just bought a new 2020 Raptor, fully loaded in June. In the last week I've had both the front and rear backup cameras quit on me and then found the inside of the cab soaked with water after a rain shower. The rear seat, floor mats, and carpet were all wet, and I took a garden hose to figure out where the leak was coming from, a seam between the rear window and the frame of the truck. My local ford dealer (Beach Ford) in Myrtle Beach had me wait 4 days before they would repair it and I picked the truck up the following day to find that it appears all the shop did was run a 5" long bead of clear silicone in the seam to fix the leak. I am furious that this was their solution, it looks jerry-rigged and is clearly visible when standing in the truck bed. This is clearly not the OEM repair for this...Silione seam repair.jpg Has anyone else had this problem?

Welcome to the place. That sounds pretty crappy. Get in touch with the service manager and see if they can offer a better repair. Brand new truck and they do that to it, I'm speechless.

Beach Ford sucks anyway, Bubba at Haselden Bros. Ford over in Hemingway has always given me great service. Been dealing with him about 25 years.
