Looks like that may be the DC to DC converter control module. Below is a pinout for it. List start signal at pin 2 but also a few fuses that you may want to look at. (if this is the correct module)

Correct. It is the DC/DC Converter Module. It’s purpose is to stabilize system voltage during auto stop/start events.

Disconnecting the DC/DC Converter Module should not cause PCM damage; I would be suspect of what other circuits or components they disconnected or modified.

Thank you, I’ll cross my fingers that the Ford Tech got it right.

Talked to Ford today and they said two things:

First guy said they got the PCM in and flashed but it’s still not starting. I started asking clarifying questions about other possibles issues beyond the PCM and then the senior advisor took over...

Then the senior advisor said that they have the PCM is stalled, but when they try to program it, it I my gets to a certain point (like 70%) and then errors out from the internet connection to Ford. I asked about if it was a PCM issue and if we needed to order a bother one and he assured me it was a connection issue to the “Ford systems” over the internet. He also stated he couldn’t keep a tech working on it all day and has him go back every so often.

It makes a bit of sense but an I getting fed a load of crap about the PCM as a delaying tactic?

It's a good thing my last phone was an IPHONE, I understand your spell check perfectly, anyway, hope they get this figured out soon for you.
