Has anyone tried to rebuild their Whipple supercharger themselves other than sending it to Whipple to have them rebuild it?

Not that I know of on this forum.
I've seen your thread in a different section, if you ingested that much sand I would bet the blades are sand blasted as well.
You may want to consider buying a new compressor and getting the Gen 4 while you're at it.
