GEN 2 2020 Shelby Raptor Intercooler and Shelby Raptor Cold Air Intake

Hey everyone, new owner of a 2020 Raptor, just ordered 2020 Shelby Raptor Intercooler and Shelby Raptor Cold Air Intake kit. Is there anything i should know before putting them in? Any advice, recs or dont do it it's a bad idea?

not much to know. should be a drop in thing for the most part! enjoy the extra noises from the CAI and the lower temps during the summer!

How much were the parts?

Intercooler; is this a Front mount or stock replacement?
You’ll want to really crank down on the clamps for the intercooler replacement to avoid having the hose pop off.

Towing with a front mount intercooler has presented some heat issues with some users.

The CAI - make sure your connections are tight and completed to avoid setting a DTC / check engine.

I installed both of these on my 2019. Very straightforward, no problems at all! Still looking for a replacement air filter in case I ever need one, they are actually Whipple pieces and neither Shelby parts OR Whipple know anything about a part # for the filter. The Whipple folks were actually ***** about it. Combined this with a MTP tune and Borla exhaust, it’s the balls!
