Anyone have any insight if the Cam Phases problems, are more common to the Raptors or just as prevalent in the regular F150 Lariat 3.5 Echo Boost engines? I sure enjoy the typical friendly attitude of this forum and have not noticed as much chat on the F150 forum about phases problems. Not suggesting anything, just asking.
Funny you ask. My father in law had his 2017 F150 in this week for cam phaser replacement (39k miles) and the service guy said they had done a bunch of Raptors recently. Considering there aren’t a ton of Raptors running around I took that to mean the issue was more common on the HO motors. Who knows, I’m guessing if they all use the same parts it’s just coincidence that they have done a bunch of Raptors lately.

I can tell you that my service advisor informed me that they have had more non-raptors in for the repair.
