I haven't done the brakes on my 2018 SCREW yet, but have upgraded all of our other cars to EBC USR Rotors and EBC Yellow Stuff brake pads. Stainless steel brake lines make a good difference as well.
Don't go with cross-drilled rotors, they can't chamfer the inside of the drill where it drills through the radial vents and that causes cracking from the inside out of the cross-drilled rotor.

When I had my rally car business I wouldn't sell a customer a set of drilled rotors no matter how much they offered to pay. Period. However, I doubt in this application you would ever get enough back to back intense heat cycles to cause that at any appreciable level (cracking). I even tried driving my Toyota trucks like rally cars at times (per se), and never had a rotor crack (Z36 kits). Then again, those only have holes for show and are pretty spaced with slots in between.

Most would do just fine with a set of pads with more bite, OE or a good blank rotor (Centric's higher end), lines, and a decent fluid. Others won't be happy til they have some serious money under each wheel. That used to be me spending roughly $300 per axle set on pads alone.

Ceramic pads (in the noted kit) seem a curious choice for improved braking performance.
Aren't they primarily used for low-dust applications ?

Compound technology has come along way since their introduction. With that said, Ceramic would probably be the best choice for 99% of Raptor owners. I say this not as a sleight, but most owners have grandiose ideas about how much performance they really need vs compromises they are actually willing to tolerate.

For example, the DS2500 pads that I am so freaking fond of, will dust much more than the average owner is probably willing to put up with. Everything is a compromise in one way or another.

The Alcon BBK made a significant upgrade on our 2018 Raptor. One of the only kits on the market that will fit with OEM 17" wheels (R1 Concepts BBK will also work).

So these would fit both 17" and 20" wheels without doing anything else between switches?

That’s a good video. Would you happen to know the weight difference between your 20” setup and tires vs. the 17” stock with BFGs?

That's correct, for the most part. The only caveat is on some 17" wheels, you may need to use a set of 7mm billet wheel spacers that are included in the kit.

Sure do!

Stock 17s are 34lbs and stock tires are 64.4lbs for a total of 98.4lbs.
The wheels in this video are 28.4lbs and the tires are 69.82lbs for a total of 98.22lbs.

The wheels/tires are effectively the same weight as stock. However, the tires are 325/60R20, so you are adding about 1" of diameter vs stock and you're increasing the diameter of the wheels from 17 to 20". So while the weight is nearly identical, the rolling resistance is still slightly higher on the 20" setup because you're pushing the weight further out from the center. But the difference is still relatively slight.
