Only the front passenger side.
Weathertech mats itself is not wet or anything.
How can I find if it is leaking and where it is leaking from?
None of the other interior parts were wet or anything.

I recently had the identical scenario resolved by the dealer on my early build 2019 Raptor. Turns out there was water intrusion from the air conditioner. Scope out TSB 20-2170. I’ll bet this will fix your issue. Good Luck!

It could be lots of reasons... On my 2020 I had carpet replaced due to leaking windshield.

My 19 (1/2019) had broken weld beads around the windshield area. First noticed water on the passenger floor, then realized water was collecting in the passenger rocker panel area (audible sloshing when driving). After the 3rd unsuccessful attempt at fixing, the truck was deemed a "lemon" under sate law. The truck was ultimately repurchased by the Ford RAV team. The new 2020 has been flawless.

You can start to rule things out by:

1. Do you have a moonroof?
2. When it's dry, use a garden hose and apply water to the passenger side windshield. Check the carpet for moisture.
3. Do you use the A/C often? If the above don't lead to a wet floor, try driving with the A/C off and see if it's still dry.
4. IIRC the Gen 2s have the same siriusxm puck over the front right passenger side. While not likely due to age of truck, the seal can be damaged(heat) and leak over time.
5, Could someone might of spilled something there recently? Stupid question, but that was the answer I found when I had a wet spot on my front passenger carpet.

There is a rubber plug under the floor pan on the passenger side. I had water coming in there due to the previous owners crappy cb antenna install.

regardless where/when you find the leak - I posted a somewhat obvious but rarely tried tactic of drying a vehicle out (maybe because most vehicles don't have the interior space of a full size truck) - well I had a jug of water leak all throughout the cabin in early summer months & was afraid of getting mold/mildew smell - so I took the 450 sq/ft rated dehumidifier I run in the semi-finished section of my basement got an extsnion cord & set it on full blast inside the cab of the truck w/ all the doors/windows shut for bout 18 hours

Believe me - that sombitch was dry as a desert & didn't smell at all lol!

good luck identifying the culprit in the meantime!
