A d the saga continues.... I’m starting to wonder how low my expectations should be of Ford service. So far I’ve been very disappointed at every step.
Had an appointment for this morning to drop it off, get a loaner and they would diagnose the issue I had shown them on video. Get there and there is no loaner and they say they have 12 transmission issues ahead of me in the que to get looked at and resolved. I asked what the point of me bringing the truck in was and they really didn’t have an answer. I don’t want to be the snooty Audi guy, but when I had an issue they would take it seriously and treat my time respectfully.
So, now I’m in SLC and planning to head back to Cali on the weekend, I guess if the transmission ***** itself all over the highway I’ll just tell ford where to pick it up, but it seems to be the least optimal way to resolve it.
