Sorry I know there are a million posts but I can't find an answer to my question. There was discussion about the manual being wrong in earlier models.

I put LED running lights in my 2020. I accessed the wires to the left closest to the fusebox. I tried those wires, yellow for Aux 1 and I think yellow orange was Aux 6. Anyway nothing comes on. These are the hot wires right? I don't have to do anything else other than connect to them in the engine compartment?

The leds work when I connect direct to battery. If I remember right my 2010 I had to go into the passenger footwell to complete the connection but in this case I am not using the non powered set

Here's the color codes for a '20, these are correct. The hot leads are bundled on the engine side of the firewall like in figure B. They are folded and taped up in a bundle attached to another wire run. If you are running wires that you found by the fuse box in the passenger interior footwell, those are pass through wires and are not hot.

Thanks for the info - the booklet I have says the ones listed as location A are the hot ones - but you are saying it's in location B? I'll give it a try

They are really hard to see, I had a hard time finding mine. They were folded and taped really well onto/alongside another wiring harness. They are down pretty far and you really have to look hard, at least I did on mine a few months ago.

David, my 2018s wires were much like "Oscar Foxtrots" above. Additionally none of my wires colors matched the codes in the Raptor owners manual supplement. I watched a U-tube and then found the wire bundle. I then turned on the Truck (one start button push w/o brake) selected each aux switch one by one and with my voltage tester traced each wire. I was able to re-label them all and document in my supplement the actual color codes. I'll probably never use any except Aux 1, but it's nice to know. I attached a link to the video I watched.
BTW, which LEDs did you go with?

Good to know. I will also be installing some bumper lights this weekend in my 2018 and will use 2 switches for fogs and driving. Any idea why they completely changed wire colors, not just once, but twice?

I have 3 BajaDesign setup in my bumper - used 3 switches so I can control each pair. As Old Fart stated - the hot cluster of switch wires is B in the graphic.
