GEN 2 New Steering Wheel under Warranty

I complained to my dealer about wavy lines on the steering wheel and they replaced it with a new wheel.

Probably because it hasnt absorbed any oil from hands yet.

lol The old steering wheel was always pretty dry, and I clean it regularly. But it basically got polished with use. The new steering wheel makes me feel like I’m driving a new truck again.

Dealer didn’t seem to hesitate when I complained. They just had to get approval from Ford, which took less than an hour. Seems like an issue they’ve dealt with before.

I can't see what was wrong with the fist one. When you brought it in and explained what was going on, did they ?
