Just finished install . Pretty easy . Of course screwed up programing 1st time. No matter how many times you read instructions. I went with oem fob hit lock button 3 times. Hardest part taking steering colum covers off. Finally after 10 years remote start.

Did you have any problem with unlocking the doors with the keypad and truck alarm going off or truck shutting down?

Everything works same only exception when you remote start and truck is running. When you hit unlock button on fob parking lights do not light up. But door unlocks . Get in put key in ignition to run and go. There is one wire you have to splice to Enable parking lights to work when remote start engine run. I didn't think it was worth it to install . Park lights work normally if you don't remote start. Another trick if you want to remote start without honking horn hit lock 3 times about 5 seconds apart. It won't honk horn but engine starts.

I just installed a MPC remote start kit in my 2010 6.2 Raptor. The remote start works fine 3 clicks the truck starts.. But the air does not blow any air untill I get in and turn the key to the run position then I get full blast air. Is this fixable?

Not sure on that brand but the accesorides brand (installed on my 2010) keeps the last know shutoff setting from the hvac. Only “issue” which was after the last sync update is the Bluetooth does not auto sync (defaults to “line in” bs) but that’s a prior issue.

Also trying to get remote start in my 2012. It came with the hood kill switch, and I ordered the one-way antenna and separate key fob from the ford accessories page (which have since apparently been taken down or removed from 2012 raptor compatibility). I put the antenna in and brought the fob to the dealership to activate remote start. I got a call back from the dealership that it’s missing the “main module” to actually start the truck. Does that sound right? I don’t see any other parts that should be necessary from the ford site (other than just ordering the $340 100 series plug-n-play new key set), which indicates that there shouldn’t be any other necessary equipment if you can just order the new 4-button keys and go that route.

Idk about your set up but I’m definitely glad I went the route @1BAD454SSv2 mentioned. Cheaper and easy to install and I’m usually the skeptic when it’s aftermarket.
yeah, I probably would have gone that route, but I didn't want to chance anything messing with the ESP. So I ended up keeping the antenna I ordered/installed, returned the fob, and ordered a new 4-button key and had it cut/programmed. The dealership felt bad after I had to make three different orders for parts, so it was heavily discounted.
