Do you mean Ford's "supercar" that only has a V6 due to ridiculous class rules at Le Mans?. The same car that gets SMOKED by heavier, lower priced competitors with V8s? That "supercar"?

When you say Ford has never offered "less", what specifically did you mean by that? Did you mean less, as in "fewer"?

Beyond that, the actual Le Mans race cars got $100k+ billet block, billet crank engines custom built by Roush. So basically not even a powered by a Ford motor.
