Man, you wanna talk about customer service!!!

Okay folks, it is 8:45 on Sunday night and I'm about to purchase the Specialty Performance Parts Rigid Radiance light kit for my 2020 Raptor on Amazon for $599. I wonder if they are cheaper anywhere else before I pull the trigger so I googled it and found out they were actually on sale at Specialty Performance Parts website for $548. I drop in and check out the actual site to see what's up with their products, etc..

While I'm there I notice a statement at the bottom about being able to call 24/7. I'm thinking that it is a call center and they take your info, but I give them a call. On the 2nd ring, John answers the phone and was super helpful. He talked to me about the light set I was looking at and told me they had them in stock and ready to ship.

This company obviously still knows what customer service is all about in a time when customer service is typically DEAD! Thanks John for answering my questions and I can't wait to get the lights in so I can fill in that hole in the bumper.

That’s awesome! I just ordered triple fog brackets and fuses from SPP. Can’t wait to get them.

John is awesome at SPP. He would text me to see how things were moving along as I put my light kit together. When I had questions I could call him and he would always have time for me.
Prices are very competitive and customer service is over the top.
No reason to go anywhere else!

I sure will, I ordered the Rigid Radiance set and the hot wire kit. I'll put some up when I'm finished.

Me either, mine show up Thursday. I'll probably get them put in this coming weekend.

Got my brackets and fuses. Really nice quality!!
I didn’t get lights from SPVparts because I found them in Canada. I’d like to support our vendors, especially now.

Here’s the SPV brackets. Going with a pair of BD - SAE fogs and Pro combos.

That's GREAT! We are so glad you like them! I and my team like to look at things different than most vendors (When I say vendors, I mean in general, not vendors on the forum.)
Most of the vendors out there on any product, it's all about just selling something. Whatever someone else makes most of the time. They don't understand how it works or the details. In most cases, they've never even used the products they sell, yet they are recommending them.
I try to think backwards.... If I were using this, how would I install it? How would I improve it? What can I make better? What's missing? What other products would I want?
From there, we design and offer products that we know work well and would use ourselves.

The main reason I got SPV brackets was because of the adjustability. I’m going against the grain and going with a pair, instead of triple per side. I wanted the lights to be centred (as much as possible) in the bumper pockets. In addition, I like the fore and aft adjustment too. Genius idea.

I’ll post pics once I get them installed just in case any others want to go with that set up. Thinking about a splash shield so that the back of the lights don’t get bombarded.
