Okay folks, it is 8:45 on Sunday night and I'm about to purchase the Specialty Performance Parts Rigid Radiance light kit for my 2020 Raptor on Amazon for $599. I wonder if they are cheaper anywhere else before I pull the trigger so I googled it and found out they were actually on sale at Specialty Performance Parts website for $548. I drop in and check out the actual site to see what's up with their products, etc..
While I'm there I notice a statement at the bottom about being able to call 24/7. I'm thinking that it is a call center and they take your info, but I give them a call. On the 2nd ring, John answers the phone and was super helpful. He talked to me about the light set I was looking at and told me they had them in stock and ready to ship.
This company obviously still knows what customer service is all about in a time when customer service is typically DEAD! Thanks John for answering my questions and I can't wait to get the lights in so I can fill in that hole in the bumper.
