You got me there, Its a she, but I'm always thinking of my last dog, he went to live with my Dad, he's 13 now. It a pet owner thing, lol.

Intelligent Access. Fancy Ford speak for touching the handle to lock and unlock. For some unknown reason mine has never worked. (2018 I bought used in May.)

I’ve read other threads where some others had the same problem and a BCM reset fixed the issues. Others had to have the door handle changed out.

Thanks, I even Googled it because I couldn't think of what the heck that might be.

Mine were doing the same passenger and driver side randomly but several times a week. Just got it back from dealer they reprogrammed some door/mirror module and now the problem Is 100% solved.

Thanks for the reply’s everyone. I always like being armed with some knowledge about an issue when headed to the dealer , so many times I’ve taken vehicles in only to have them say they couldn’t find or reproduce the issue. I believe it’s the BCM as stated above.
