Ordered a Volant intake with the Donaldson air filter.

Anyone have one, how do you like it? I bought this Volant because the Donaldson style filter is proven in heavy machinery and off road racing vehicles.

Installed the Ram mounts on the Built Right dash mount

I had initially considered re-routing the USB ports up to the dash, but this seems to do for now.

I have an OwlCam (almost shit myself when they almost went completely out of business earlier this year) and am just waiting for the ball mount from 67 Designs to finish this project up. The suction cup keeps falling because of heat/cold so I figured I’d replace the mount with a Ram arm.

The angled lightning cable from Anker is the real MVP here. Keeps the cable neatly tucked behind the phone and passes CarPlay data just fine.

Overall pretty happy with it. It’s a rock solid mount with no play in the bumpies (drover over some gravel and rail road tracks for good measure).

Upgraded Sync to 3.4 via Ford's owner website.

When it completed; the GPS on Nav was seriously confused and Sirius didn't work.
After a couple small 10 minute trips; everything got back to working on it's own.

I like it - very blue!

Got a trailer brake control installed last night.

Also found a partner to follow the Raptor around.

GVWR is about 6,500 lbs. Hope to pick the trailer up on Monday. Will be upgrading to Eibachs and Deavers in the coming months to help with the towing. The weight distribution hitch alone should suffice for the next few months for a short weekend trip here or there. But for the long haul next year, I'll feel better have the suspension beefed up.
