If they had used regular screws you'd have the same issue... trying to get a screw driver in there to tighten the bracket. Nobody uses regular screws to attach brackets to lights, so that's not really specific to Baja.
I'm not sure what kit you went with... I know the Baja kits that they put out don't have THE BEST instructions. We put out our own triple fog kit with our own brackets, and we made our own instructions which are a bit better from what we're told.
But yeah, when you start mounting 3 lights next to each other, it does get tight in there all right.
No. I'm calling it what it is. The instructions sucked. And even someone doing one install can write far better instructions if they are any more than half retarded.
Just because no one is using a different type of fastener does not mean it's being done the best way right now!
Sort of expect things to be ironed out by sales year 4.

Zero outside the box thinking and improving the process.
First big install tip
1. INSTALL THE BRACKET ON THE TRUCK FIRST WITHOUT LIGHTS ON IT.
2. Install and tighten down all the lights individually after that.
That alone would have saved a bit of time and aggravation.
After that it would take a modicum of ingenuity to monkey label the wires and go number by number. Easy.
I mean really, it's a 900+ dollar light kit. Not exactly cheap.
Didn't take much to figure it out as it is, just can and should have been explained and labeled better. Literally the included instructions are near useless. yay for youtube.
To their credit the wires and connectors themselves were good enough. Any more than what they did is just whining. I'll have to clean up the wiring this morning and it's good to go.
