My last Raptor had the stupid rivets. I gouged them Out with a Screwdriver. My 2020 only has the holes, no rivets.

When I ordered my 2017 and my 2020 I told the dealer "do not install the front license plate holder." That saved me from having to drill out the rivets.

Maybe as my 2017 Raptor, 2018 Platinum, 2019 Raptor, 2020 Raptor were my first foray into trucks I just know nuttin, but as you can perhaps tell, I’ve owned a few vehicles over the past 4 decades, and I’ve never seem rivets in a bumper. Just really stupid way to attach a plate frame.

how did you get the rivets out from the license frame holder? dremel?

I used a small drill bit personally....but didn’t fill the bumper in I just used some touch up paint on the holes to prevent rust....which come to think of it plugging em w/ plastic may actually promote rust if salt/moisture get trapped in between.

probably good idea to throw a lil paint on inside of holes regardLess since the bumpers are steel & in cold climates get absolutely pummeled w/ road salt/sand

The holes don’t bother me I barely notice + they’re symmetrical so seem less of an eyesore imo
