So many interesting designs and proclaimed specs. But nobody has sold anything yet. While I don’t doubt some of these trucks will be performers, we are still waiting.

Still so many questions to be answered and vehicles to be tested. In theory it has some serious potential, so does the Rivian truck

One issue with the Badger is the fuel cell option that has very limited stations to fill that hydrogen. I'm a big fan of the Rivian..... it's production has been delayed due to Covid though. I got a sneak peak and saw one in person.

Im curious if Ford and Rivian are sharing any tech or going about each on there own? I heard Rivian will build a model for Lincoln.

Really like the Rivian truck as well! If that truck was already out I would have considered it instead of my Raptor. But it's hard to put your money down for something you cannot test drive or see in person. Also not sure if I'd want to be a geniepig and get the first model before they realize and work out any bugs.

Not sure about that. I did hear that Rivian is building a crap ton of electric vehicles for Amazon.

Amazon dropped a boat load of money into Rivian as Ford did as well. I read an article that GM wanted to originally invest so much money into Rivian they were basically going to own a major part of them. Rivian backed out last minute however and stiffed GM. Didn’t take long for Ford and Amazon to invest. Rivian was using F-150 bodies on there skateboards and had there test mules running around MI for a while. Haven’t seen anyone doubting Rivian’s tech. Just when? I think they will be a player eventually.

It’s good being in a Raptor! No rush by any means to rush into the next best thing or future tech until it’s proven and the bugs are worked out. We know how that goes.

The roadways will be totally different in 20 years, pretty much all new vehicles sold will be carbon free. There will be a battle between electric and hydrogen or some other form, just like gas and diesel vehicles are today. Cool looking truck though, the numbers sound good.
