2019 Gen2 Intercooler or Warn 12.5S (95950) for sale

I recently applied the Swarfworks option Winch mount to my 2019 Gen2 Raptor. That requires a different Intercooler than the stock version. In doing that, my shop purchased a winch option that works well but I preferred a different winch. As such, both are for Sale:

Raptor has 15k miles so the Intercooler is in good shape
Winch is less than 30 days, installed but never used

Located in Southern NH

Asking - complying with forum rules but open to any offer
$750 for Intercooler
$1400 for the Winch

Shipping-at cost (open to discussion)

Pricing: IDK on the Intercooler. Not as concerned with how much but something, since its only 15k miles in. It was an arbitrary number to comply with the post requirements.
