I’m at my wits end trying to figure this out. I’ve double checked the forscan settings, all is good.
Here’s what’s happening. With the DLR turned on in the Advanced Setting cluster mode, All the LED running lights, Turn Signals and LED Headlight surround are turned on, but so is the DLR while the Light Knob is in the “Auto” Position.

when I turn off the DLR in the advanced settings, I loose all the above mentioned (including DLR) while headlight knob is in the “automatic” setting.

I then tried the Advanced Setting with Both DLR “on” and “ off” with the headlight knob in the “ Parking lights only” as well as the “lights on” and now the Headlights stay on with all other “ Parking Lights” ( but no turn signal lights). Now I can’t even manually run my Parking/running lights without having the headlights on.

What I’m trying to achieve, is All lights, but the DLR when the knob is in the “Automatic” Stetting, thus would include the Parking lights.

first/second picture is with DLR check on in the advanced setting and headlight knob on automatic, third/forth picture is DLR advanced setting “on” and “off ‘ with headlight knob turned to both “ Headlights” on and “Parking”. lights on

last picture is with Advanced setting DLR turned off and headlight knob selected to automatic.

any help would be greatly appreciated
Todd

You’d have to accomplish this through Forscan with some coding. Not hard but I would do a search on Forscan and you’ll be able to sort it out fairly quickly if you are at the very least semi computer savvy

Yes, understood. I did these coding changes utilizing Forscan, it didn’t work which is why I’m posing the question here.

So are you trying to do turn and park only? “All lights but DLR” is confusing considering your assigning what lights are DRL. Turning DRL off in the setting would deactivate any light you assigned to DRL. What values do you have at

I’m no forscan expert, but have been lurking for a while. Have you had someone look at your DRL while in drive? I believe I’ve read that they are different when in Park vs Drive.

Thanks for the response, yes, I can tell if the lights are on or off when I’m behind another car from the reflection and when I pull into my driveway, reflects off the garage door
