I have tried emailing support and got a response that they are working on it. It’s been some time now and haven’t heard anything else. The light comes on over half throttle. I have got tired of resetting the light and reverted the driver side back to stock. Is there a fix?

Thanks for reaching back out. We're still working with our production team on these kits but would be happy to see about providing you an update/working further with your particular setup. Did you have the chance to reach back out to the rep you were working with directly? If not, feel free to send them an email in reply to their last update and we'll be happy to take a look.

Thanks,

Mishimoto

With Mishimoto out of production with these catch cans, and now all of these problems, I'm glad I didn't spring for one of them last year.
Going with plan B.

I would suggest calling them, I've not received responses from them on their Vendor threads or via email.

Hi everyone,

Thanks for reaching out. We'd be happy to look into any questions or concerns directly via email to [email protected] or feel free to give our customer service line a call as well. We have only run across a handful of trucks with the updated hose which alters the placement of the OEM sensor, and we do have an alternative option to send out if necessary. If you have any issues our team will be happy to assist as soon as possible, however, the best way to get your information to us is to reach out directly via our support channels.

Thanks,

Mishimoto

I have tried the support and email the service person I originally talked with and haven’t heard anything back. I received a bag of hoses to try and still got the CEL to come on. Is there an actual fix coming, or do I just have to run half of the system I paid for?

Thanks for reaching out and we apologize for any delay in getting back to you. The rep working on your ticket confirmed that they are working on a solution with the production and ordering teams for your specific situation and will be following up shortly. We apologize again for the persistent issue as the troubleshooting that has already been done has corrected prior issues, so we appreciate your patience while we look into this further. If you have any questions come up as well, feel free to reach out directly on the ticket, that way the rep working with you is aware and all your information is in one place for both our, and your records.

Thanks,

Mishimoto
