Noise coming from the wheel hub.

Good day everyone.

Wanted to discuss a problem with the F-150 Raptor 2017, 3500 engine. Hopefully someone can help or recommend something.

So basically the problem is the noise coming from the front axle, specifically from the wheel hub. The noise sounds like scraping or scratching. When both axles are being used, noise is not present. But if only the rear axle is used, then noise starts coming out from the front axle, and mostly at 1500 rpm.

To the date the hubs, gearbox and transmission gear case have been changed, but the noise did not disappear. Right now the suspected reason for that noise is solenoid-operated valves that transfer the air and pulls the wheel hubs. They might not be working properly. But at the moment we don't have any spare valves for the replacement.

Hope someone is familiar with the problem, since there is no Ford service centre here in Kazakhstan.

IWE check valve. Very common. $10 part, 5 minute fix. Keep it in AWD until you replace it.

So, we found out that the valve is not working, not receiving energy (power, electricity).
We took the IWE check valve from another FORD F-150 RPATOR and put it in place in our RAPTOR. But it wouldn't work too. So it's not receiving the energy in order to function.

Maybe you know where is the control block of the valve or maybe a fuse? Something that is responsible for providing energy to the valve.

Good day.

It turned out that the valve wasn't receiving any power supply because of the broken control box (picture atatched). We now ordered a new one, but I would like to ask what could be the reason for it to get spoiled?
