Huh? I've lost count but from just the last 15 years or so, I've had 2 Raptors, 2 regular F150s, and 7 rams and never a single issue with a factory hitch on any of them; so what's your point?

My 19 hitch appears to be reasonably level. My suspension is stock, I have not leveled the truck.

My hitch is pointing down. 2019 Screw.
Not going to stay whats what, but a week ago the service manager at my dealership came out, looked at it for about a second, and said that is not right. On any truck. Opened a case... they called back today. Ford is replacing it Friday morning.

I’ve got a ‘19 with a noticeable hitch tilt. Have the Smittybuilt adjustable drop hitch and there is a significant tile and it has very little slop. I do have Eibach springs leveling slightly exacerbating the problem, but the amount of tilt is still excessive.
