FMIC water spray?

The stock fans has a sensor when they feel any water goes threw them the pcm will close the shutters.

Turn the truck on, they will open, spray it with your garden hose they will close, in order to do that you need to run the line behind the shutters, the front camera water nozzle is connected to your windshield wiper, and if you want to remove it you need to take the front grill off OR disconnect it from the hood latch area and run it down in front of the IC.

To save your self from the hassel, go to Amazon, 12V water pumps are like 20-30$, get one and attach a nozzle at the end, run power to your switch and that's it.
My shutters are removed CO2 might be the way to go but probably not as effective as water?

Instead of paying 460$ + refill charges every few days, go to Amazon and search "12v water pump" there is one for 33$, get some clear hose (1$), and puncture a tiny hole in middle of the line, wire it to one of your switchs, or to a momentary switch, and get like a 0.5 gallon tank and install it somewhere,

Once the charge temp reach 50*c the stock pcm will retard the timing sooooo much it feels like a 60hp truck.

Spray as you go.

Thats not a lot of headroom temperature wise.

I remember back in the day, various company’s were selling inlet tubes that allowed one to tie into there AC system to supercool things down. Honestly not sure if half gimmick or what. I ran N/A small blocks back them so never really tried them out. Of course there were dry ice systems too and most were for fuel.

I couldn’t see why today a manufacturer couldn’t use the AC system for more effective cooling. But then again they manage it decently with air to air coolers. I’m also guessing it would put some strain on the AC system.

Killer Chiller. i have system on my lightning keeps intercooler water at 70 deg when its 110 outside. System Only air to water intercooler systems.

Yep, and it's used big time in the ZL1 world,

To the OP, get **** injection, and set it to spray @1-2Psi, and full @7.

Granted you will go threw the tank every 2-3 days but I can promise you of sub 95*f charge temp, all day every day.

Get a side tap and use canned air , 134a . 3 -16 ounce cans 5 bucks . Funny how your not supposed to release 134a from your a/c but you can shoot canned air all day long.
