In addition to firewall clearance, I believe you also have to worry about headlight clearance at compression. I've seen shaved headlights to get around this, but they are a bitch to keep sealed after that.
windshield washer fluid tank also has to be moved.

Like everyone has stated.... It a lot of work to get 40's tucked.
You need mid travel set up, cut out large chunks of firewall and fab block off plates, clearance for headlights and anything near that area upfront, you will need glass and fabbed fender liners etc etc etc... Dave, chime in.. @zombiekiller

in other words not just a level shock collar lol but it also depends on if your actually gonna offroad the truck an run it hard

Why? What’s it gonna achieve besides looking different? Seriously doubt there’s that much a performance gain offroad when you’re getting a corresponding performance drop- braking goes down, acceleration drops, temps go up across the board, more stress on axles/gears/drivetrain in general + bearings/bushings etc
