I think the intercooler is your answer! I have the Cobb tuning with Cobb intake system and the Cobb intercooler making 550hp at the rear wheels 2018 GEN 2 STOCK EXHAUST.

550 RWHP on pump gas, sea level, turning 35" tires in 7th gear - (1 to 1 ratio) I don't think is going to happen. At least I haven't seen a chart.
Most shops do pulls in 3rd or 4th gear because of the liability - Speed rating of the 35" tires under load. They don't want the tires to blow out at higher speeds.
If you have a dyne chart, please post - I hope you can prove me wrong.

OP - You own a 5500 + Lbs truck - probably a lot more. It isn't going to be fast even with 700 RWPH but it will get you to where you need to go within reason and in comfort.
I guess ones perspective of fast is different from someone else. LOL

Correct me if I’m wrong but fuel and air are the limitations? I’d start with the basic “bolt ons”
Downpipes
Intercooler
Intake
Tune

From there I’d look at fuel as others have said. E blend with a upgraded HPFP from xtreme di or even methanol if you’re willing to fiddle with that (I lost a motor from the pump sucking in air while in a corner)

And then I’d add more air or air volume with g25’s

but that like others have said is BIG MONEY.

Pedal commander only changes throttle mapping. It won’t make the truck any faster. They’ve also been known to cause APP related DTCs to set along with corresponding failure mode effects management (limp mode).

That only a GEN2 issue? Because I have had mine on my GEN1 since October 2016 and have NEVER had an issue, NEVER.

If you want to go faster, upgrade the suspension. If you have the cash, go mid-travel with something like the RPG bolt kit and upgrade the rear with Deavers and bump stop. Upgrade the shocks and if you can go through the bed if you are not worried about bed space, do that too. RPG has the new cantilever kit to try. That is where all my money is going plus an upgraded bumper (because the stock one is tinfoil) and lights to run fast at night. Not even touching the engine.

Who gives a shit what is does on pavement, faster on dirt is where you want to be.

The concerns I’ve seen have been on Gen 2s. That doesn’t mean every single one will have an issue though; it seems to be related to the PC modifying the APP signal to a value outside of the PCM’s failsafe algorithm. The APP is a safety critical system, so the PCM closely scrutinizes the data.

I've seen very similar issues with Gen 1s as well. Multiple times I've seen a pedal commander have to be pulled off on the trail to get out of limp mode. I wouldn't let it affect me other than making sure I have everything necessary to remove it while offroad just in case.

I’m sorry, are you saying your gen 2 is faster than a Roush gen1?

I'm saying here is a video of my gen2 with an intake, completely stock exhaust, @team jdm tune, and a small intercooler getting jumped out of the hole by a gen 1 6.2 raptor with a whipple blower, and then after traction and reaction time are no longer a factor, I reel him in and pass him for the win.

He was a very nice guy amd we were both actually knocked out of double elimination and set this up at intermission.

To those that say the whipple stock tune sucks, the sun was in his eyes, etc. , I say let me get downpipes and a dyno tune and lets run em again.

Only thing necessary is your fingers and yes I have all of those and my thumbs.

Re-gear it.

Give yourself way more mechanical advantage to the point of being able to break loose the tires in 4x4 and higher gears. You’ll easily be faster off the line and to 100mph than non re-geared trucks.

The trade off is obviously top speed and fuel consumption.
