Those are what I used before I upgraded the suspension. Are you using a WDH? You will end up changing the rear springs eventually, they just won’t hold up.

What did you upgrade too? And how does it compare?

I'm currently running a WDH and Timbrens to tow my travel trailer. Working pretty good right now. I plan to swap the timbrens back to factory bump stops once summer camping season winds down.

What is a WDH? Don’t know if it matters but I only tow maybe few times a year though I may tie out west which will be a lot of miles round trip.
Weight distributing hitch. there is a pretty good video on you tube discussing air bags vs. WDH here:

I upgraded the rear springs to Icons's and the SVC bump stop with 2.5 FOX shocks.

I'm running the Icon's on the second setting, and I have Gieser springs in the front.

So I have a trailer lights on my watercraft trailer and it keeps sending me a warning that the light is out, but it's not any idea how to turn that Sh&t off?

Have you tried dielectric grease in male and female connector?

I would try wdh first. I had one for my trailer on the GMC. etrailer.com has a few videos. Timbens were ok with trailer attached, but didn't like reduction of suspension travel when empty

Very good video. Surprising result, although I know nothing about either system. I still thought the airbag would come out better. Just wish they described how a WDH hooks up and functions.

Think of it like a wheelbarrow with the WDH arms bring the handles. The tighter the chains from bars to trailer frame the more force to is putting back on your front axle, which means better steering control. The tightness of the chains varies depending on how much load is on the front. If you load one four wheeler right over the axles or a little forward of that you probably wouldn’t notice. Load that same four wheeler all the way at front and you will because tongue weight goes up, and no weight on the tail to help balance. How you load your trailer is also more critical to make sure you have the proper amount of tongue weight. That’s where a longer trailer is somewhat better, you have the ability to shift the load forward or backwards for proper load balance.

So what do you guys use for towing mirrors? I've looked at add ons but don't like the look of the ones that ********. I only like it when my wife straps on.
