Hey guys just Installed the fox 3.0 racing live valves and I’m seeing them act weird and I’m not sure if this is normal.
When I put the truck in reverse and start to back up the front end drops down 2 inches. When I put it in drive and inch forward the truck raises up again 2 inches.

Is this normal? Do I need to take it to ford and get it recalibrated?

My stock measurements were from Ground to fender flares 41 inches the front stock. In Reverse with the new shocks it drops down to 40, and raises to 42 in drive. I would like to adjust the coil to 43 eventually but I want to solve this “problem” first

I have them and not measured anything, nor have I reset my Pot's to zero, I am thinking of having that done... I do not feel my truck moving in DR vs RV

Can you explain that a little? What are your Pots, and also can I reset them at home or does ford have to?

also its really hard to actually feel it moving, it raises slowly and subtly. I could tell by my measurements

They are the Potentiometers that measure the front suspension travel..There is a thread on here somewhere that ford techone mentions resetting them, When I put my shocks on I forgot about them... I used to run a data aquisition system on my race bikes that used Potentiometers, so I should have figured that..

ok thanks, I did do my best in keeping those measurements the same as stock but I guess there is always a chance they are ever so slightly off. I appreciate it
