I just purchased my third set of N-Fab bumpers. The first 2 were high quality, excellent finish, good fit and looked great. I recently bought a third set for a 2019 scab. The front bumper was missing the add bracket so I called and they were to cut and send me one. Still haven’t received but that’s understandable. Then the rear bumper arrived. Packing was good so no damage but was also missing hardware (bolts and nuts). The instructions were next to useless. The trailer wiring harness will not fit and the bolt location requires cutting your license plate. There are 4 pieces that I have no clue where they go, not listed in parts list nor discussed in the aforementioned useless installation instructions. Again, my first 2 pair were great, I assume something has changed at their production facility or maybe with management. I would never recommend buying them. A 4 hour job had now extended to 4 days with extensive drilling and modifications

Probably due to COVID. So many companies working short staffed right now. I work in Healthcare and as lot of great companies I have worked with for 15+ years are dropping the ball on details right now so it would surprise me if its happening in other industries.

UPDATE rear bumper mostly on, just have to remove it, redrill mounting holes, repaint, so it can drop down 1/4 inch. As is, cannot open the tailgate without ruining my painted appliqué. Should never have removed factory bumper. What a pita for an “expensive” bumper. No way to mount spare tire key either.

It does look nice though with your color. R U leaving those lights like that under the bumper?
