You won’t have any issues. Here is mine with my enclosed roughly 2200lbs dry and about 2k weight loaded inside. Completely stock suspension. That trailer is 7x22ft box with a 5 foot V so total length is actually 27ft.

I'm running a very similar trailer (7.5 x 18' inline 3 place) from S.NH to Pittsburgh NH (200 miles, uphill) with zero issues at all. Tows, accelerates, and stops just fine. Everyone busted my hump when I bought my truck bc "Raptors cant tow".. I found this to be false information.

Yep - no issues at all. I know the ride up RT 3 very well. I have a spot in Lincoln NH, I do Pittsburg a few times every year but I spend most time in Maine. Fort Kent is about 9 hrs windshield time for me and I do add Timbrens for that trip if I am fully loaded with 4 sleds, gear, guys, coolers, etc...they go in and out in about 10 mins and help with the load. You must know my buddy Noyzee.

8.5 x 20 is a popular size for a car trailer, I think you could fit a 5 series in that...probably not much room to spare though
I had an 8.5x20 and fit my E36 ME in it, but not a ton of extra room. My loaded trailer was 7500 lb. I had a Duramax at the time. Never towed with Raptor.

I’m looking at a 20’ with escape door. Is that necessary to get in and out? It adds about a grand to price.

I didn't have an escape door. I mounted 2x6's to floor so I would be able to open car door over wheel wells inside trailer. Made easier to get out of car.

So what can I do about this squat, without spending a lot of money and getting very involved in a suspension change. Or, do I even need to do anything about it?
And that is unloaded. I believe the trailer is 2300 pounds empty

Just add timbrens if you want to reduce the squat. Not too expensive, and not difficult to remove and add as needed when not towing.

Thank you. I looked at Timbrens. Are these the same idea only maybe better? I know nothing about this topic.

https://www.supersprings.com/shop/ssr-142-47/

and with a coupon code they supply they are 20 percent off that price.

Those are what I used before I upgraded the suspension. Are you using a WDH? You will end up changing the rear springs eventually, they just won’t hold up.

What is a WDH? Don’t know if it matters but I only tow maybe few times a year though I may tie out west which will be a lot of miles round trip.
