Most annoying sound, N. Austin, 5pm, 7/8/20

I was getting gas at 7/11 at Parmer and 620 today (other side of town). I heard the most annoying, loud, ricer exhaust I have heard in a long time. I heard deceleration sounds, then high pitch shreaking after the vehicle made the turn and accelerated. The accelerating is when I had to turn around and see what kind of abortion was capable of such a racket. It was a black Gen 2.
I don't know if it was cut outs or some aftermarket exhaust. Sir or Madam, you need to make better life choices. It may sound like a party inside the truck, but it sounds like absolute and utter shit on the outside. Seriously.

Agreed. The louder the Gen 2 exhaust, the worse it sounds. My stock exhaust 2019 is too loud IMHO. I still want the direct fit Limited muffler from the 2019+ Limited trucks. Same power, but quieter under acceleration.

My first thought was: Got to be Gen1.

yeah one of those gen1s that have a V6 and a heated steering wheel. that screeching was probably the trucks "parts" falling out of its purse when the driver hit the automatic tailgate button... hahah juuust kidding...

I would change to a quieter exhaust in a heartbeat. I wish an aftermarket company would come out with a "****" muffler for the Raptor. You'd have my money.
