does that power all the outlets? i really only care about the one inside the console
Just a crazy idea, but you could run the fridge off an external inverter connected to a lithium battery. Charge the battery with a tender hard wired to your truck’s inverter. This keeps the system separate and won’t leave you stranded.

I did this mod and it is only the 12v on the 110
