I have a 2018 802a, got 38k from the stock K02s but they were noisy at about 75dBA at 75mph. So I went with Nitto Ridge Grapplers. Love them, noise dropped by about 5dBA. They look aggressive and off road and on good performance.
So hard to to compare an “old tire” at 38k miles with a new tire, but I really have been happy with the Nittos.
They ran me about $1100 at my Ford dealer.

has anyone tried the Toyo AT III's? i'm debating between the AT III or RT's

Depends on your purpose. I’ve used the older AT2s which were a very good tire, but neither is as aggressive or as useful as the BFG in the conditions the Raptor was built for.

The RTs on the other hand... No experience with them but they look dramatic.

Discount tire direct has a flash sale right now. 100.00 off plus rebate. I have a 19' with 12k miles. My KO's are wearing very uneven. I run 36 front and 34 rear cold psi. Rotate every 5k. But the centers are down to 7/32's with edges at 12/32's. Hard to believe. Cuz that indicates over inflation i dont feel 36/34 is over inflated. Considering switching to yokohama x-at or goodyear ultraterrain. Can't decide.

something isn’t right. I mostly run 38/37 F/R, and I am planning on dropping a few psi for better compliance but I’ve been hauling some cargo lately.

running those pressures shouldn’t wear the middle of the tire more... I wouldn’t think.

A point of clarification: how are you measuring, and if by TPMS, have you compared to a known, good gauge?

Well I regularly check tpms but also have a really nice snap on shop gauge that is maybe 1psi off from tpms.

I agree something isn't right. Im pretty OCD with my tires. I havent been overly impressed with these KO's anyway. So it won't hurt my feeling to buy a new set of tires. The only thing I'm concerned about is jumping to E rated tire. I've only ran E's on one other 1/2 ton and wasn't a very pleasant experience. Rode like buggy with wooden wheels.

I did see where the new toyo AT3 comes in a 315/70/17 C2. Looks like they designed something specifically for us! But I am a big fan of yokohama and really like these new x-at's. They did a lot of testing with these on our raptors specifically.

how much do those AT3s weigh relative to KO2?

You guys might want to look into Mickey Thompson's ATZ P3. Load range D. I'm thinking of these, my factory ones are done at 32,300 centers are gone. 36-38 psi since new. Not to pleased with my first set of BFG'S. Local tire shop 230.00 each for the Mickey Thompson's.
