There is no template.

They told me to go to town with a grinder and repaint.

Great and really appreciated. So you're still going to send out a cad drawing so
we can check correct?

The last thing I'd want to do is have to assemble the product on my vehicle to find
out it is an issue just to have to uninstall.

I have a 2019 Raptor Supercrew.

The reply:

Correct, I was told we should have it completed Monday

I got the same email as sixshooter. But you did the install without the diff skid plate and that eliminated this issue correct? Or did you still have to grind that piece down?

There was supposed to be according to the emails I received from them

I did see a template initially on their Instagram story around that time, but from what I can tell those only stick around for a short period of time. They just moved shops too so it seems like they completely forgot about us or they just addressed everyone on an individual basis that emailed them directly. Not sure what they did though... Which honestly they should've just gave everyone that ordered this thing a new bracket. Kinda ridiculous IMO that we had to play guinea pig especially since this was an extra couple hundred dollar option that may or may not work.

Correct. I probably won’t install it at all. Honestly, KHC ought to refund the money for the diff shield. I realize that this isn’t necessarily their fault, you mod, you run the risk of part failure, I get it. That said, this is a known problem that’s been known for... How long now?

The torque arm works and works well, I like it.

I never got any comms about the problem, my first exposure was @lateralis warning us all.

We’re kind of on our own now and I knew that within 30 seconds of my phone call. I asked for a replacement front bracket, I got ‘encouraged’ to grind down the mount I had.

I have done many group buys over the years as participant and organizer, and never had to do this:

I apologize for how this turned out. This should have been handled better.

I haven't installed it yet as one I was trying to make sure I was happy with the fix for my oil consumption issue and two I was awaiting the template which I just received today.

They thought ORA was sending them out to everyone and the ball got dropped.

I replied that since I haven't installed anything that I need a little more information as to what I'm supposed to do with the template.

I'm assuming since it shows the upper and lower dimensions from the flat surface that I'm supposed to use that as a measurement guide but still could use a little more insight since I'm not clear as to measure from what, for one I don't know if the arches cutouts are actually 1/2 the diameter of our axle since there's no dimension given.

Here's their reply I just received today.

They did mention in an earlier email that if it didn't fit they would replace it if I'm remembering correctly.

I remembered correctly here it is below:

Sorry this took so long to report as I was very patiently waiting for a template which I received today.
