If all you have for performance mods is intake and exhaust reverting the intake and returning to stock shouldn't be a problem, exhaust is exhaust, there are only minor changes in a tune to optimize for long tubes. You could try contacting JDM and see if they have an emmisions friendly tune for the truck and mod configuration.

I'm currently experiencing this emissions BS. I have Stainless Works LT Headers w/ SW high flow cats, AFE CAI, and a SCT x4 with 5 star tunes all from Stage 3 Motorsports.
North Carolina inspection came back with O2 sensors not ready. So I called Stage 3 and they said the EPA cracked down so my only option is to revert the exhaust back to stock.
Seeing as that's not an option, how do I remedy this?

You need to use spacers to get the rear O2s out of the exhaust stream, they are heating up to fast.
And I'm sure the Tune has the rear O2s turned off, so you would need the Tunes modified with them set to on.
There is a lot of info about using spaces on this forum and it does work!!!

If I find the time I'll try to post the links to threads on here.

Thanks guys! I already have the spacers on order thanks to y'all. Who has the best tunes for these trucks? I've seen the 5 Star tunes aren't ideal for our trucks and JDM tunes are solid. Opinions?

JDM has good reviews, 5 star did but im not happy with how my tune came out and no help from them after reaching out
