electrical buzzing after shut off

Sounds loudest from transmission pan area, but not super loud. Only way I can get it to stop is to disconnect the batt. Reconnect and noise stays gone until key is turn on then it comes back.
I had the dealer do the leadframe a few months ago under extended warrenty.

Any ideas?

Today after work I tried to start my truck and the batt. was dead. Jumped it and went to drive away and it was stuck in 5th again, like before the leadframe was replaced. No codes(p0720,p022 for leadframe warranty)either. Just some from the dead batt.

Is my new leadframe or trans malfunctioning and killing my batt?
